The Integrations features allow the access and enablement of Integration features.


The Integrations API option is a brief statement and inquiry regarding Poly Lens APIs. Poly is currently implementing an API functionality into Poly Lens. Please step through the few questions regarding your interest and intended usage of Poly Lens APIs and send the information to us so we can design the API to meet your needs.


The Directory option allows an admin to integrate services, to automatically invite and allow access to new Poly Lens Desktop users into an Account upon login.

Supported Services

Currently the Integrations feature supports the following services:

  • Microsoft Office 365

Allow Access for Integrations

  1. Go to the ACCOUNT menu > Manage Accounts.
  2. Select an account from the list.
  3. Select Integrations > Directory from the side tabs.
  4. Select Allow Access.
  5. Select Accept to confirm access.
    Note: Now at this point the Microsoft Domain is now linked to this Account. With each new user from this Domain will automatically give access to this Account when they log in for the first time on Poly Lens Desktop.

For a New User on Poly Lens Desktop

The following is the procedure for a user within the domain in the procedure above and logs into Poly Lens Desktop for the first time.

  1. The user opens Poly Lens Desktop.
  2. Log in to Poly Lens Desktop for the first time.
    Note: The User does not have to Sign up and create an account.
  3. Select Sign in with Microsoft.
  4. Enter your email address to sign in to your Microsoft SSO account and select Next.
  5. Enter your password and select Sign in.
  6. Select Accept to confirm access.
  7. Select Accept to allow Poly Lens Desktop access to your Poly account.
  8. Now this user is connected to the Poly Lens Account that was set up in the previous process above.
