The Insight Categories page displays various insights in a card view. The time scope displayed in each insight card is based on what has been identified by Poly Lens as the most notable time scope.
Note: When an insight references an increment of time (day, week, month, etc.) this represents this increment of time on the device, based on the time zone that the device is located. Therefore, an insight may not be displayed for a time increment (day/hour/week/etc.) until all the time zones across all devices have been completed.
Depending on the insight, the Details page provides a range of valuable information:
- Breakdown of the current insight
- Trending (up/down)
- Previous week's information
- Similar Priority Insights
The Device Insights are specific to the devices in the current account.

|Devices in use||Percent of devices with one or more calls in the last week.|
|Devices not in use||Percent of online devices with no calls for more than one week.|
|Devices offline||Percent of devices that are not connected to the network.|
|Devices out-of-service||Percent of devices that have been offline for more than one week.|
Spaces - Premium Beta
Note: The Spaces Insights have been released as Premium Beta Insights.
The Space Insights are specific for a Space or Room on an Account.
|Meeting headcount||Average number of people in a room during a meeting.|
|Meeting that ran long||Meetings that ended after the scheduled time.|
|Meeting that started late||Meetings that started after the scheduled time.|
|Meeting that were unscheduled||Meetings that occured in the room without being scheduled.|
|Rooms scheduled, but empty||Scheduled meetings that were unattended.|
|Rooms scheduled in a series, but empty||Repeating scheduled meetings that were unattended.|
|Room use||Total time of room use, with at least one person in the room.|
