Utelogy

Utelogy Corporation publishes an enterprise-grade software platform for managing, monitoring, controlling, and automating the connected workspace all under a single pane of glass. The Utelogy Platform can report on data, generate alerts, perform automation and self-healing, reduce power consumption, and present deep analytical insights from audiovisual ("AV") devices and unified communications ("UC") estate (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms etc.) that have an open and available APIs. Utelogy provides automated overnight room testing to ensure the rooms are operation and in the correct state at the beginning of each day. Being hardware and software agnostic allows the Utelogy Platform to integrate and support products that are connected over the network including AV devices, in-room PCs, IoT devices, Video Codecs, UC Clients, as well as USB peripherals.

The current product offerings allow customers monitor, manage, control, and automate their entire AV/UC connected estate with Utelogy's software-only agnostic platform.

To view premium data (i.e. people count and room insights) from Poly devices via Poly Lens APIs on the Utelogy Platform, Poly+ Enterprise or Elite service agreement is required. Utelogy subscription license also required.
