The Device Inventory page provides the initial access to the registered devices in your account. This page can be viewed in a List view or a Map view.

📄️ Shared Devices
Poly Lens Cloud lets administrators mark devices as Shared when they’re meant to be used by multiple people instead of a single assigned user. This provides a better experience for shared meeting-room and common-area devices, while keeping Account ownership and security in place.
📄️ Tags
Use tags to efficiently organize and manage your devices in Poly Lens. Tags allow you to categorize and group devices by department, status, or any custom label that suits your workflow. Easily filter and search for devices using tags, making device management more streamlined and efficient.
📄️ My Settings
My Settings enables you to view and manage all the changes being applied to a device from your defined policies. When viewing you can remove Policies or navigate directly to the layer of policy the setting has been configured for adjustment. Changes must be saved before they will apply to a device.
