Account Details

The Account Details page allows you to view and manage the Account Devices from one location.

To Open the Account Details Page

1. Go to the ACCOUNT menu > Manage All Accounts.
2. Select an Account from the list.
3. Select Details from the side tabs.
4. The Account Details page is opened.

The Account Details page provides the following information and links to related information.
Note: Each section below has a dropdown list of items that are links to the detailed information on the item.

Account Information

Field	Description
Account Name	Displays the name of the Account that you are working in.
Tenant ID	Displays the Account Unique Identifier.

Inventory

Field	Description
Total Devices	Displays the number of Devices on this account, Device models, and the number of each model type.
Total Sites	Displays the number of Sites on this account, Site names, and the number of Devices per Site.
Total Rooms	Displays the number of Rooms on this account, Room names, and the number of Devices per Room.
Device Users	Displays the number of Device Users on this account, and a list of all the Device Users.
Account Members	Displays the number of Account Members on this account, and a link to the Account Members page. The View Account Members is a link to the Account Members page.
Device Groups	Displays the number of Device Groups on this account, and a link to the Device Groups page. The View Device Groups is a link to the Device Groups page.
Device User Groups	Displays the number of Device User Groups on this account, and a link to the Device User Groups page. The View Device User Groups is a link to the Device User Groups page.
Date Established	The date of Account creation.
