The Poly Lens Mobile App allows you to:

The devices supported include Poly Voyager 4200 series, Poly Voyager 4300 series, Poly Voyager 5200 series, Poly Voyager 6200 UC, Poly Voyager 8200 series, Poly Voyager Focus UC, Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC, Poly Voyager Focus 2 Office, and Personal speakerphones – Poly Sync 20 and 20-M, Poly Sync 40 and 40-M.
Please take note that the Poly Lens Mobile App is a direct replacement for the Plantronics Hub App for iOS/Android. The first release will be a phased or staged roll-out release, starting with 1% of users on Feb 28th. However, even if the app store listing reflects the change, some users may see an old app version until 100% roll-out completes, in a 2 week period.
