As we continue to grow and reach new levels of scale, we are making critical infrastructure improvements to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our IoT ecosystem. To support this expansion, we are introducing a new Azure IoT Hub, which will go live starting May 1st, 2025. The new IoT hub URL will be lens-iot-prod-iothub3-eastus2.azure-devices.net
What this Means for You
To accommodate increasing demand, we are expanding from two to three Azure IoT Hubs, with devices now being balanced across all three. This change will enhance performance, optimize resource utilization, and provide greater resiliency.
Action Required: Update Security Configurations by May 1st, 2025.
With this transition, it is essential to ensure that your security settings are updated to allow connectivity to the new Azure IoT Hub. Failing to do so may result in devices being unable to communicate with the Poly Lens cloud services. For easy reference, here is the complete list of IoT hubs and required ports that are required.
