What Is Poly Lens Premium?

Poly Lens Premium refers to the premium features in Poly Lens that go above and beyond the core management and monitoring tools that form the baseline of a good collaboration hardware experience. These premium experiences are included in the Poly+ Enterprise service.

Are any Support and Service Features included in the Trial?

No, the trial is focused on giving you a taste of the premium Lens features.
The following Support and Service features are not included in the Lens Premium Feature trial:

  • Advance hardware replacement with pre-paid Next Business Day shipping
  • Ecosystem Cloud Partner Support
  • Designated Service Delivery Manager
  • Full coverage for your entire Poly estate
  • No serial number tracking required
  • Unlimited, global 24x7 priority technical support

Will this feature list change over time?

Yes, we are actively investing in and perfecting the features in Poly Lens. At any point, we many add new features, make some paid features free, or (although unlikely) remove features altogether.

What makes it Self-Service?

The trial is designed to be super simple for an IT team activate and start using as soon as possible, without the need to phone support, sales, or chasing emails regarding activation codes. Any Poly Lens user with the right permissions can start the trial, directly from the Poly Lens Cloud portal.

Who can activate the trial?

Only the Admin role in the Poly Lens Cloud portal can activate the trial. For details about each role in Poly Lens, visit here.

How long is the Trial?

Trial will last for 90 days or until February 28th, 2025, whichever is longer.

Is there a waiting period before another trial can be started?

There will be a 1-year waiting period from the end of the trial, before another trial can be started.

Can you pause the trial?

Once a trial has started, it cannot be paused. It’s best to make sure your team is ready to fully evaluate the experience, before starting the trial.

What happens to the data when the trial is complete?

If a paid license is activated within the same Poly Lens Cloud portal account where the trial took place, the data from the trial period will be available to you. However, if the paid license is activated after the trial period has ended, or if no license is purchased, the trial data will not be available.
