Zoom Room Degraded Status

The following addresses the Zoom Rooms status of Degraded.

Cause for the Zoom Room Integration Degraded Status

The Zoom Room integration may show a status of "Degraded" when Poly Lens is unable to communicate properly with the Zoom servers.

Resolution

  1. Check Network Connectivity: Ensure that the Zoom Room device has a stable internet connection. Verify that it can reach the Zoom servers by checking network settings and performing a connectivity test.
  2. Restart the Zoom Device Management: Simply restarting the Zoom Integration can resolve temporary issues.
    • In Poly Lens cloud, navigate to Admin menu > Integrations > Zoom Device Management.
    • Toggle Allow Access to Off > Apply and then back On > Apply.
  3. Check if the Poly Lens Connector for Zoom Device Management app is added and enabled in your Zoom account.
